Gluten free flour blend

Baking powder & soda

Salt

Eggs & oil

Cream cheese & butter

Sugar

Mashed bananas

Lemon juice & vanilla

Powdered sugar

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Step 2

Add the oil, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla and stir until combined.

Step 3

Add the mashed bananas and stir until completely combined.

Step 4

Transfer the batter to a greased 9x13-inch pan and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Beat the cream cheese and butter together, then stir in the vanilla and powdered sugar. Frost the cooled cake. Serve and enjoy!
