Step 1: Whisk together the dry ingredients, minus the sugars and oats, in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2: Add the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate chips, and stir until combined.

Step 3: Fold in 1 cup of the chocolate chips.

Step 4: Transfer the cookie dough to a greased, parchment lined, 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.

Step 5: Bake for 30 minutes at 350-degrees. Cool the bars completely before cutting into squares.
