Cinnamon Sugar Donuts

Ingredients for Donuts
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, butter, egg and vanilla until completely combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Spray a 6-cavity donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the donuts spring back when touched.
Cool the donuts in the pan for 4 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
In a small bowl, stir together the cinnamon and sugar. Brush the top of each donut with melted butter and dip in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
