Cranberry Orange Scones

Step 1: Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and orange zest until combined.

Step 2: Cut the butter into the flour mixture, using a pastry cutter or fork, until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Step 3: Combine the milk and sour cream in a small bowl, then add the milk mixture and the cranberries to the flour mixture and stir to combine.

Step 4: Knead the dough and form it into a ball. Transfer to the baking pan and pat into a disc. Freeze the dough on the pan for 20 minutes.

Step 5: Remove the dough from the freezer, cut into 8 wedges and bake at 375-degrees for 30 minutes.

Step 6: Make the glaze and drizzle over the warm scones.  Serve and enjoy!
