Gluten free flour blend
Baking soda
Salt
Unsalted butter
Sugar
Eggs
Vanilla extract
Almond extract
Almond milk
Diced strawberries
Baking powder

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Whisk together the gluten free flour blend, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Beat together the butter and sugar until combined.
Beat in the eggs and flavorings until completely combined.

Fold in the flour mixture until just combined.

Add the milk and fold in until combined.

Toss the strawberries with 2 teaspoons of gluten free flour.
Set aside 1/2 cup of the berries and fold the rest into the batter.

Line a 12-cup muffin pan with liners.
Spray the liners with non-stick cooking spray. Divide the batter among the muffin cups.

Bake for 25-30 minutes,
or until a wooden pick inserted in the middle of a muffin comes out clean.
