Stir together the pumpkin, sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and egg until combined.
Whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together.
Add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture and stir until just combined.
Add the chocolate chips to the cookie dough and fold until combined.
Scoop the dough onto lined baking pans and bake at 375-degrees for 10-12 minutes.
