Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream together butter and sugar, then add egg and molasses and beat until combined.

Step 2

Whisk together the gluten free flour, salt, baking soda, and spices.

Step 3

With an electric mixer, slowly beat the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.

Step 4

Roll dough into balls, then roll in sugar and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 3-4 minutes before removing to a wire rack to finish cooling.
