Baking powder & soda

Eggs & oil

Pumpkin puree

Pumpkin pie spice

Vanilla

White & brown sugar

Milk

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together oil, eggs, sugars, and vanilla until combined.

Step 3

Add pumpkin puree and milk to the sugar mixture and whisk until combined.

Step 4

Stir the flour mixture into the pumpkin mixture until combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter.

Step 5

Transfer the batter to a lined muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes.

Step 6

Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.
