Double Chocolate Brownies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter, then stir in the cocoa powder and sugar.

Step 2

Stir in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Step 3

Add the gluten free flour blend and salt and stir until combined.  Be careful not to over mix the batter.

Step 4

With a rubber spatula, fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 5

Transfer the batter to a greased, parchment paper lined, 8x8 pan and smooth the top.

Step 6

Bake for 20-22 minutes or until the center is set. Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.

The brownies will stay fresh, stored in an air-tight container, for up to 3 days.
