Lemon  Blueberry Bread

Butter

Granulated sugar

Eggs

Vanilla

Sour cream

Lemon

Gluten free flour blend

Baking powder

Baking soda

Fresh blueberries

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Beat together the butter and sugar, then stir in the eggs, vanilla, sour cream, lemon juice and zest.

Step 2: Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined.

Step 3: Fold in 3/4 cup of blueberries.

Step 4: Spread the dough in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan, sprinkle with remaining blueberries and bake for 60 minutes. 

Step 5: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove the bread to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Step 6: In a small bowl, stir together the powdered sugar, milk, and reserved lemon juice until smooth.

Step 7: Drizzle the lemon glaze over the cooled bread.  Allow the glaze to set up for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
