Get the Recipe
Combine all ingredients, except the cookies and shaved chocolate, in a large mixing bowl. Beat until the mixture forms firm peaks.
Place a layer of cookies on the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Break up some of the cookies to fill in the gaps.
Spoon a fifth of the whipped cream on top of the cookies & spread evenly. Continue layering cookies & cream until you have 5 layers of each.
Smooth the top, cover with plastic wrap,
and refrigerate overnight.
Remove the sides of the pan and garnish the top of the cake with shaved chocolate. Slice and serve cold.
