These soft and chewy Gluten Free Blondies are perfect for sharing with family and friends.

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups gluten free flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9"x13" baking pan with enough parchment paper so the parchment overhangs the long sides of the pan.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the melted butter and sugars until well combined. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla until fully combined.

  3. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and stir until combined.

  4. With a rubber spatula, fold in the white chocolate chips.

  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out with a few sticky crumbs.

  7. Remove from the oven and place the pan on a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, lift the blondies out with the parchment paper. Cut into squares and enjoy!
