Glutten free flour blend

Granulated sugar

Salt

Baking powder

Vegetable oil

Egg

Nut milk

Vanilla extract

Frozen blueberries

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Whisk together gluten free flour blend, sugar, salt, and baking powder.

Step 2

Add oil and egg to a liquid measure, then add the milk and vanilla and stir to combine.

Step 3

Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter.

Step 4

Using a rubber spatula, fold the blueberries into the muffin batter.  Line a muffin pan with baking cups.

Step 5

Divid the batter evenly among the muffin cups. Bake for about 20 minutes.

Step 6

Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.
