Blueberries

Granulated sugar

Gluten free flour blend

Lemon juice

Salt

Rolled oats

Brown sugar

Cinnamon

Butter

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Toss blueberries in granulated sugar, gluten free flour blend, lemon juice, and salt.

Step 2

Add blueberry filling to a greased 9-inch pie dish.

Step 3

Using a pastry blender, fork, or your fingers, work the gf flour blend, oats, sugars, cinnamon, salt, and butter together until crumbly.

Step 4

Sprinkle the crumb topping over the blueberry filling.

Step 5

Bake until lightly browned and bubbling (about 30 minutes).

Allow the blueberry crisp to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
