Unsalted butter

Egg

Granulated sugar

Pumpkin puree

Pumpkin pie spice

Salt

Gluten free flour blend

Baking powder

Powdered sugar

Cinnamon

Step 1

Beat together the butter, egg, sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until combined.

Step 2

Add the flour and baking powder and stir until just combined. Lightly grease a 6-well donut pan.

Step 3

Pipe the batter into the donut pan and bake in a 350-degree oven for 16 minutes.

Step 4

Whisk together the sugar, cinnamon, & pumpkin pie spice. Dip the tops of the donuts in the mixture.
