Step 1
Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.
In a medium bowl, stir together the sugar, milk, oil, egg, and almond extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten free flour blend, baking powder, and salt.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.

Place the strawberries and 2 tablespoons of gluten free flour in a bowl and toss to coat.
