Gluten free flour blend

Baking powder

Salt

Mashed bananas

Butter

Buttermilk

Sugar

Eggs

Vanilla

Blueberries

Baking soda

Turbinado sugar

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk together the gluten free flour blend, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together the butter and sugar.

Step 3

Add in the eggs, mashed bananas, buttermilk, and vanilla and beat until combined.

Step 4

Using a wooden spoon, stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.

Step 5

Toss the blueberries with gluten free flour, then fold the blueberries into the batter.

Step 6

Transfer the batter to a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle turbinado sugar over the batter.

Step 7

Bake at 350-degrees for 50-60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
